If you have "EIKEN" (English Test held in Japan) license, you can skip English Test on the Entrance Examinations.
EIKEN English test is written in English.
If you apply the University Entrance Exam in general category (= not in
Foreign Student's category),
you have great advantage if you have "EIKEN Grade 2" or above.

Kodomo Hosen Kyoiku University (こども宝仙教育大学−こども教育)
(If you have EIKEN Grade 2 or above, You can skip English test or Japanese
test.)
Kanto Gakuin University (関東学院大学−建築・環境)
(If you have EIKEN Grade pre-2 or above, You can skip English test.)
